This article is subjected to the characteristics of an electro-magnetohydrodynamic (EMHD) boundary layer movement of a nanofluid induced by a Gailitis device with variable thickness. A viscous incompressible Prandtl-Eyring nanofluid saturates the porous medium through Darcy-Forchheimer expression. Heat transfer process involves the influence of non-linear thermal radiation, viscous dissipation, non-uniform heat source/sink, and convective boundary conditions. Moreover, Brownian motion and thermophoresis mechanisms are taken into consideration. The governing mathematical model is transmuted with appropriate similarity transformations into a non-dimensional system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Numerical solution for this system is acquired through the bvp4c solver in MATLAB software. Velocity, temperature, and concentration profiles are scrutinized through graphical representation for various flow controlling parameters. The impact of these parameters on local values of skin friction coefficient, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number is analyzed through computational data specified in a tabular form.
