Raw complex permittivity data of pure aromatic hydrocarbons such as Xylene, O-Xylene (O-X), M-Xylene (M-X), and P-Xylene (P-X) have been measured for different temperatures in 10 MHz to 50 GHz frequency range using Time Domain Dielectric Spectroscopy (TDDS). Dielectric relaxation for above systems has been characterized by the Debye type spectral relaxation. The dielectric parameters such as static dielectric constant, relaxation time, Kirkwood correlation factor have been determined using the non-linear least square fit method. Effect of O-, M-, and P- substitution of CH 3  group in xylene causes variation in static dielectric constant values and spectacle deviation in relaxation time with respect to temperature. The temperature dependent dielectric relaxation gives expected Arrhenius behavior.
