Permochoristidae is one of the most diverse mecopteran families in the fossil record, but only a few species have been previously described from China. Herein, we describe and illustrate two new permochoristid species,  Mesochorista tongchuanensissp. nov . and  Agetopanorpa sinicasp. nov ., from the late Middle Triassic of Yanchang Formation in Shaanxi Province.  Mesochorista conjunctivacomb. n . is proposed for  Qingochorista conjunctiva. Mesochorista tongchuanensissp. nov . and  Agetopanorpa sinicasp. nov . represent the sparse record of  Mesochorista  and  Agetopanorpa  in China, respectively.
