A new species,  Eduardoxenus rasnitsyni  n. sp., of the fungus weevil tribe Valenfriesiini (Coleoptera: Anthribidae: Choraginae), is described from Eocene Baltic amber. This new species is similar to  E. unicus  Legalov, Nazarenko and Perkovsky, 2018 from Rovno amber but differs in the rounded, more convex eyes, wide antennal club, and the lateral carina reaching the middle of the pronotum. This is the first record of the subfamily Choraginae from Baltic amber.
