Wolrdwide, late blight disease initiated by  Phytophthora infestans  cause major yield loss in potatoes. Management depends mainly on the application of chemical fungicides that might cause environmental pollution. Therefore, current study aimed to investigate the fungicidal activity of biotic (BioArc) and abiotic (Fluazinam and Potasin F) compounds individually or sequentially against  P. infestans  in two field seasons. The results showed that disease severity was significantly decreased in all treated plants compared to control potatoes. In addition, all treatments caused increment of vegetative growth, tuber yield, and tuber contents of N, P, K, reducing, non-reducing, total sugar, protein, starch, total carbohydrate, TSS, and Vit C. In conclusion, combination of Fluazinam, BioArc, and Potasin F as tri-sequential treatment would be an appropriate alternative to chemical fungicides in the management of  P. infestans  on potato vegetative growth and improve yield production.
