This paper is intended to study the impact of velocity and thermal slip boundary conditions of order two on MHD buoyancy driven radiative micro-polar fluid in a channel with permeable stretching walls. The governing equations are transformed and solved numerically. Convergence of the numerical results are tested with grid independence test and obtained results are validated by comparing with existing results. The influence of velocity and thermal slip of order two, suction or injection, vortex viscosity, micro-rotation, magnetic and thermal radiation parameters on fluid velocity, microrotation profiles and temperature distributions are discussed over the graphs and tables. It is worth mentioning that second- order velocity and thermal slips dominate the stretchable walls and influence the flow characteristics (axial velocity, micro-rotation and temperature) more prominently. The micro-rotation profile decreases atand increases atof the channel for the first slip. This study is useful in blood rheology and fibre spinning etc. and these findings are highly useful to enhance the effectiveness of catalytic reactors.
