In this paper, we study the isotropy group of non-simple derivations of the form, where  D  is a simple derivation of  K[x ,  y]  and  m ,  u  are non-negative integers. For, we have proved that the isotropy group ofis isomorphic to the product of two finite cyclic groups. Further, we have proved that isotropy group of derivationsandare finite, where  m ,  u  are positive integers.
