High-speed centrifugal composite spinning is a novel method to fabricate composite nanofiber and has a wide range of applications. Micro-triangle slip is the velocity difference of the spinning solution and the proportion of the polymer in the fiber cross section during centrifugal composite spinning. It affects the morphology and internal structure of composite fibers. Three types of polymer slip in the micro-triangle for centrifugal composite spinning are proposed. Then the movement and force of the spinning solution are analyzed by establishing parametric model in the micro-triangle. The factors affecting the micro-triangle slip of centrifugal composite spinning were studied. The length of the liquid-wall slip is inversely proportional to the viscosity of the adhesion layer, the liquid-liquid slip length is proportional to the rotational speed and the air-liquid slip velocity is related to the air velocity around the jet. Finally, polyamide composite nanofiber is successfully fabricated by centrifugal composite spinning experiment and the morphologies were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The effect of micro-triangle slip on the morphology of composite nanofiber was verified.
