LiF-doped MgTi (1−x) ZrxO 3  (0.05 ≤  x  ≤ 0.20) ceramics were fabricated via a conventional solid-state reaction route. All samples displayed MgTiO 3  phase accompanying with a little of ZrO 2  and Mg 2 TiO 4  as the second phase. The lattice constant increased with increasing  x  due to the substitution of Zr 4+  for Ti 4+ . The densification temperatures were reduced to the range of 1100–1150 °C due to LiF-doping. The microwave dielectric property of MgTi (1−x) ZrxO 3  ceramics depended on the substitution content of Zr 4+ . Typical, MgTi 0.90 Zr 0.10 O 3  ceramic exhibited microwave dielectric properties of  ε r= 18.7, tanδ = 2.8 × 10 −4 , and  Q  ×  f  = 34300 GHz.
