Binaryand ternary  AB ′ 0.5B ″ 0.5 O 3  oxides with a complex perovskite structure, possessing the consecutive ferroelectric or antiferroelectric phase transitions at  TC  and ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic, or ferrimagnetic phase transitions at  TN , are considered together with classical ferroelectrics and antiferroelectrics. The common correlations between these temperatures, their differences  TС - TN  and interatomic bond  A -O ( δAO ) or  B -O ( δBO ) strains are revealed. Some common correlations between their temperatures  TС ,  TN ,  TС - TN  differences, and  δAO  or  δBO  are revealed. It is established that these differences for multiferroics are in common dependences with classical ferroelectrics and antiferroelectrics.
