This paper proposes a simple method for determining the laminar burning velocity from the dependence of pressure on time at the beginning of the process. The flame velocities obtained from the dependence of pressure on time at the beginning of the process are compared with those obtained from the dependence of the flame radius on time. A good agreement was obtained. Knowing the flame velocity at the beginning of the process allows determining the laminar burning velocity.
