A short review of the history and the contemporary numerical calculations ofthe operation of an electronic device for generation of electric oscillationsby negative differential conductivity of a supercooled below the criticaltemperature superconductor. The superconductor is cooled below the criticaltemperature at applied small constant electric field, which keeps thesuperconductor in normal state. To simulate the device operation, beforehandanalytical expressions for the conductivity of nano-structured superconductorssupercooled below the critical temperature in electric field are used. Thenumerical analysis meant to alleviate the development of a device shows thatthe region of negative differential conductivity of the current voltagecharacteristics leads to generation of electric oscillations. The study oflayered high temperature superconductors and radiated electromagnetic waves inspace will be an important problem of the future space technology.
