Hydrodynamics analysis of waves in two-dimensional degenerate electron gaswith the account of separate spin evolution is presented. The transverseelectric field is included along with the longitudinal electric field. TheCoulomb exchange interaction is included in the analysis. In contrast with thethree-dimensional plasma-like mediums the contribution of the transverseelectric field is small. We show the decrease of frequency of both theextraordinary (Langmuir) wave and the spin-electron acoustic wave due to theexchange interaction. Moreover, spin-electron acoustic wave has negativedispersion at the relatively large spin-polarization. Corresponding dispersiondependencies are presented and analyzed.
