Based on the numerical solution non-stationary Ginzburg-Landau equations, weinvestigated the evolution of the order parameter of superconducting channelswith different lengths under applied voltage (so-called voltage-driven regime).We calculated current-voltage characteristics for channels of different lengthsand found out the origin of theirs characteristic disorder oscillations. Forvery long channels in the certain voltage interval we reveal the chaoticdynamic of the order parameter. Collected data allowed us to plot the mostcomplete and detailed phase diagram of the resistive state of thesuperconducting channel in the voltage-driven regime.
