An extract of recent results from the H1 and ZEUS Collaborations is shown.Various properties of quantum chromo dynamics are investigated by studying thedetails of the hadronic final state of high energy electron proton collisionsat HERA. The presented results include analyses of jet cross sections andsingle particle production such as $\gamma$ and $D$.
