Nous poursuivons dans cet article l'etude de la stabilite de l'interface dans un probleme a frontiere libre concernant l'evolution d'un gaz autogravitant radiatif avec pression externe confinante et cinetique chimique du premier ordre pour la production d'energie. Dans les deux limites, non-radiative et gaz de photons, nous identifions plusieurs etats asymptotiques possibles aux grands temps, suivant la valeur des parametres physiques : convergence vers un etat stationnaire, ou expansion du gaz dans tout l'espace.
