On presente une technique de decentrage dans l'approximation par un element fini de degre un non conforme des equations de diffusion-convection. On montre que ce schema satisfait au principe du maximum discret et conduit a l'estimation O(h) d'erreur dans H 1 (Ω). On donne quelques exemples numeriques pour le probleme modele
