Ce plasmide pPF66.0, d'une taille de 66 kpb, confere la resistance aux phages (Rap + ), aux bacteriocines (Bac R ) et Tra + et n'est pas implique dans la secretion de bacteriocines (Bac - ). Il est derive du plasmide pPF66 Bac + . Apres la conjugaison, on utilise pour la premiere etape de selection le phage φML19 actif sur la souche industrielle receptrice Lactococcus lactis subsp cremoris FL388. Une seconde etape de selection a lieu pour eliminer les mutants spontanes resistant aux phages.
