Une étude d'Aeromonas salmonicida a été réalisée dans le but d'étendre la gamme des traitements actuels et de vérifier leur efficacité. Après identification d'un lot de 25 souches bactériennes, 23 d'entre elles ont répondu aux critères de l'espèce. La concordance des caractères biochimiques et leur pourcentage élevé de fiabilité sont en accord avec les travaux déjà réalisés dans ce domaine. Sur le plan thérapeutique, l'inefficacité in vitro de traitements au chloramphenicol est démontrée sur ces souches. A l'inverse, la fluméquine, la nitrofurantoïne et l'ampicilline manifestent in vitro une activité antimicrobienne remarquable. Le cetrimide, la chlorhexidine, la polyvidone iodée, le merthiolate et l'AMMO 4 B selon les degrés variables, sont des antiseptiques et désinfectants efficaces sur Aeromonas salmonicida.A study was carried out on Aeromonas salmonicida with the aim of extending the actual range of treatments and of checking their efficiency. After identification on a series of 25 bacteria strains, 23 of these corresponded to the basic species. The specificity of the biochemical tests and their high percentage of reliability confirm the work already effected in this field. At the therapeutical level, the lack of in vitro efficiency of chloramphenicol treatment is proved on these strains. On the other hand, flumequine, nitrofurantoïne and ampicillin exhibit a noticeable bacteriostatic in vitro activity. Cetrimide, chlorhexidine, iodized polyvidone, merthiolate and AMMO 4 B, in varying degrees, are efficient antiseptics and disinfectants on Aeromonas salmonicida
