The critical behavior of $U(n)$-$\chi^{4}$-model with antisymmetric tensororder parameter at charged regime is studied by means of the field theoreticrenormalization group at the leading order of $\varepsilon$-expansion (one-loopapproximation). It is shown that renormalization group equations have noinfrared attractive charged fixed points. It is also shown that anomalousdimension of the order parameter in charged regime appears to be gaugedependent.
