The Javalambre Photometric Local Universe Survey (J-PLUS) provides widefield-of-view images in 12 narrow, intermediate and broad-band filtersoptimized for stellar photometry. Here we have applied J-PLUS data for thefirst time for the study of Galactic GCs using science verification dataobtained for the very metal-poor GC M\,15. Our J-PLUS data providelow-resolution spectral energy distributions covering the near-UV to thenear-IR, allowing us to search for MPs based on pseudo-spectral fittingdiagnostics. J-PLUS CMDs are found to be particularly useful to search forsplits in the sequences formed by the upper red giant branch (RGB) andasymptotic giant branch (AGB) stars. We interpret these split sequences asevidence for the presence of MPs. This demonstrates that the J-PLUS survey willhave sufficient spatial coverage and spectral resolution to perform a largestatistical study of GCs through multi-band photometry in the coming years.
