To achieve scalable quantum information processing, great efforts have beendevoted to the creation of large-scale entangled states in various physicalsystems. Ultracold atom in optical lattice is considered as one of thepromising platforms due to its feasible initialization and parallelmanipulation. In this work, we propose an efficient scheme to generate andcharacterize global entanglement in the optical lattice. With only two-layerquantum circuits, the generation utilizes two-qubit entangling gates based onthe superexchange interaction in double wells. The parallelism of theseoperations enables the generation to be fast and scalable. To verify theentanglement of this non-stabilizer state, we mainly design three complementarydetection protocols which are less resource-consuming compared to the fulltomography. In particular, one just needs two homogenous local measurementsettings to identify the entanglement property. Our entanglement generation andverification protocols provide the foundation for the further quantuminformation processing in optical lattice.
