Recently, charge density fluctuations or charge fluxes attract stronginterests in understanding the unconventional superconductivity. In this paper,a new emergent configuration in cuprates is identified by density functionaltheory simulations, called the charge pseudoplane, which exhibits the propertyof confining the dynamic charge fluxes for higher superconducting transitiontemperatures. It further redefines the fundamental collective excitation incuprates as pQon with the momentum-dependent and ultrafastlocalization-delocalization duality. It is shown that both pseudogap andsuperconducting phases can be born from and intertwined through the charge fluxconfinement property of the charge pseudoplane region. Our experimentalsimulations based on the new picture provide good agreements with previousangle resolved photoemission spectroscopy and scanning tunneling microscopyresults. Our work thus opens a new perspective on the origin of pseudogap phaseand other related phases in cuprates, and further provides a criticaldescriptor to search and design higher temperature superconductors.
