We describe the interaction stimulated relaxation in the ensemble oftwo-level systems, responsible for low temperature kinetics and thermodynamicsproperties of amorphous solids. This relaxation gets significant atsufficiently low temperature when phonons are substantially frozen out. We showthat in the realistic experimental situation the measuring field stronglyaccelerates the interaction stimulated relaxation. The characteristictemperature and field dependences of the relaxation rate are found when therate is affected both by the interaction between two level systems and by theexternal field.Comment: To appear in the Journal of Low Temperature Physics, 200
