Cyclozincaphosphazenes have been synthesized by the reaction of the bis-silylated ligand HN[P(NMe 2 ) 2 NSiMe 3 ] 2 (1) with ZnR 2 (2) (R=N(SiMe 3 ) 2 , Me, Et). These complexes have been characterized by IR, NMR, and mass spectroscopy and by X-ray crystal structural analysis. X-ray analysis of [N(P(NMe 2 ) 2 NSiMe 3 ) 2 ZnN(SiMe 3 ) 2 ] (3) revealed that it crystallizes as a monomer in the solid state
