All patients who go to operation room for surgery, this environment are full of stress and anxiety. Researches showed that cause of anxiety this patients is unknown. The patients that are involved sensory disorders, suffered most anxiety and the problem, they are disposed most problems after surgery. Nurse in title one of the important members surgical team should be able to assembling plane of care for patient in 3 stage: Pre, during and Post operation and nurse should support them during eye operation, especially in cases which patient was conscious and is operation under local anaesthesia. This study is with goal: Determine patient's experiences which are under surgical eye operation room in Besat hospital of Hamadan. And also for access to information that to help nurses for most knowing of patient and this study is accomplished which support nurses during 3 stages above. This study is a descriptive- analytic research. The population research was just patients at the Eye ward that were preoperational in Besat hospital in Hamadan. Researched units were just 50 selected patients with easy sampling method pre, during and after operation. The used collecting tool for gathering information was questionnaire and method of gathering of data was interview Findings showed that the research can use in assembling plan of care pre, during and post surgical eye operation. Also findings of research to help exploration of patient's sensation experiences in during of operation and reveal education needs them for decrease anxiety pre operation
