ResumenEl contrato indefinido de apoyo a emprendedores se ha venido a concebir como una de las principales herramientas en la lucha contra el desempleo, especialmente juvenil. A esta idea responden las bonificaciones a las cotizaciones en materia de seguridad social, los incentivos fiscales que acompañan al contrato y la posibilidad de compatibilizar este contrato con la prestación por desempleo. Precisamente, la última reforma experimentada por este contrato tiene como premisa principal la creación de empleo a través del mismo, para lo cual se han eliminado ciertas barreras con las que podía tropezar este contrato a la hora de acudir a él, permitiéndose ahora, principalmente, su celebración a tiempo parcial, en aras de enmarcar dicho contrato en las tendencias actuales del mercado laboral. No obstante, habrán de tenerse en cuenta las críticas que ha venido suscitando este contrato desde su promulgación, sobre todo en relación con el periodo de prueba, lo que ha provocado su enjuiciamiento por parte de la OIT, merced a las quejas presentadas por las principales organizaciones sindicales españolas ante el comité de expertos de dicha organización, en relación con dicha modalidad contractual.AbstractIndefinite entrepreneurial support contract has been conceived as one of the main tools in the struggle against unemployment, particularly juvenile. Bonuses to social security contributions, tax incentives that accompany the contract, and the possibility of matching this contract with unemployment benefits, respond to this idea. Precisely, the main premise of the last reform experimented by this contract is the employment creation through it, by eliminating certain barriers with which this contract could run into when used, being now allowed, mainly, its part time execution, so as to incorporate this contract to the actual tendencies of labour market. However, critiques made to this contract since its promulgation have to be taken into consideration, especially the ones referring to trial period, which has provoked its judgement by the ILO, due to the complaints presented by the main Spanish union organizations to the committee of experts of such organization, relating to such contract modality
