ResumenLas interacciones e interrelaciones entre agencias, agentes y discursos del campo educativo nacional obedecen tanto a condiciones particulares de su dinámica como a tendencias (para relacionar, leer, organizar) de carácter internacional, de allí que para analizarlo resulte necesario hacer referencia a tendencias internacionales e incluso a no educativas. Para analizar la educación en Colombia y la reforma educativa propuesta desde la perspectiva oficial en el discurso pedagógico oficial de la Revolución Educativa, comprender la construcción de las nociones que circulan como parte de él resulta fundamental. Tal construcción se realiza —en parte— mediante el proceso de recontextualización que aquí se presenta de manera exploratoria entre el campo económico internacional, el campo del Estado y el campo educativo nacional, recurriendo a la perspectiva de Bernstein que relaciona educación y relaciones sociales en términos de las relaciones entre grupos, poder y regulación. Si el asunto del que se habla es la educación, empecemos por ver desde dónde se habla de él.AbstractInteractions and interrelationships between agencies, agents and discourse of the national educational field are subject to particuar conditions of their dynamics as to international trends (to relate, read, organize). Hence, to analyze them calls for references to international trends including those not related to education. In order to analyze education in Colombia and the educational reform proposed from an official stance in the official pedagogical discourse of the Educational Revolution, it is essential to understand the constructions of notions in circulation, which are part of it. Said construction partially is performed via the recontextualization presented here in an exploratory manner, between the international economic field, the field of the state and the national educational field, resorting to Bernstein's perspective, who related education and social relationships in terms of relationships between groups, power and regulation. If we are speaking about education, we should start by looking at where people talk about it
