This article has as theme considerations for environmental perception of people with visual impairment in environments of cultural heritage through the tactile perception. From the considerations, was made questions about as ergonomics should study the space of cultural heritage and the perception of people with visual impairment to promote accessibility by an information system that manages autonomy for their exploitation and recognition.
