For the question of losing data when large amounts of data fasting calculation while fasting acquisition in raw silk inspection, it is proposed in this paper that multithread and circle buffer technique are used to solve the question. The calculation of raw silk size, the algorithm of the defect classing, the data acquisition and the treatment of multi-thread technique are put forward.
