Fuzzy mathematics is introduced in fuzzy cluster, and the fuzzy relation between samples is quantified in fuzzy cluster, so fuzzy cluster is more objective and accurate. According to analogy, coal seam can be judged if it is outburst coal seal. The study can provide reference for coal and gas outburst prediction
