We investigate the quantum cosmology of a closed spatially homogeneous andisotropic Friedmann-Lema\^itre-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) minisuperspace modelwith electromagnetic radiation as matter content. We solve the correspondingWheeler-DeWitt equation by utilizing Riemann's zeta function regularizationmethod. We demonstrate that the regularized vacuum energy of theelectromagnetic field can overcome factor ordering, boundary conditions, andsingularity problems.
