The auxiliary linear problems are presented for all discretization levels ofthe Hirota-Ohta system. The structure of these linear problems coincidesessentially with the structure of Nonlinear Schr\"odinger hierarchy. Thesquared eigenfunction constraints are found which relate Hirota-Ohta andKulish-Sklyanin vectorial NLS hierarchies.
