The aim of the current work is the research of the influence of the\textbf{tilted} magnetic field direction on statistical properties of energylevels of a two-dimensional (2D) hydrogen atom and of an exciton inGaAs/Al$_{0.33}$Ga$_{0.67}$As quantum well. It was discovered that the quantumchaos (QC) is initiated with an increasing angle $\alpha$ between the magneticfield direction and the normal to the atomic plane. QC is characterized by therepulsion of levels leading to the eliminating of the shell structure and bychanging the spectrum statistical properties. The evolution of the spatialdistribution of the square of the absolute value of the wave function at anincreasing angle $\alpha$ was described. The differences of calculateddependencies of energies for various excited states on the tilt angle at a widerange of the magnetic field strength were obtained.
