In this work we calculate the Cram\'{e}r-Rao, the Fisher-Shannon and theL\'{o}pez-Ruiz-Mancini-Calbert (LMC) complexity measures for eigenstates of adeformed Schr\"{o}dinger equation, being this intrinsically linked withposition-dependent mass (PDM) systems. The formalism presented is illustratedwith a particle confined in an infinite potential well. Abrupt variation of thecomplexity near to the asymptotic value of the PDM-function $m(x)$ and erasureof its asymmetry along with negative values of the entropy density in theposition space, are reported as a consequence of the interplay between thedeformation and the complexity.
