Heavy quarks (charm and bottom) are a sensitive probe of the Quark-GluonPlasma (QGP) created in high-energy nuclear collisions. The modification oftheir phase-space in the QGP reflects the physical property of the QGP becausethey are generated in the early stage of collisions and subsequently propagatethrough the QGP. PHENIX has published the first measurement of the nuclearmodification factors $R_{\rm{AA}}$ of separated charm and bottom hadron decayelectrons in minimum bias Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ $=$ 200 GeV usingthe 2011 data set. In these proceedings, we present$R_{\rm{AA}}({c{\rightarrow}e})$ and $R_{\rm{AA}}({b{\rightarrow}e})$ in mostcentral Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ $=$ 200 GeV using 1/8 of our large2014-2016 data set.
