First photometric study for the newly discovered systems USNO-B1.01091-0130715 and GSC-03449-0680 were applied by means of recent windowsinterface version of the Wilson and Devinney code based on model atmospheres byKurucz (1993). The accepted models reveal some absolute parameters for bothsystems, which used in adopting the spectral type of the systems components andfollow their evolutionary status. Distances to each systems are and physicalproperties are estimated. Comparisons of the computed physical parameters withstellar models are discussed.
