Medical staff hardly recognize fractures of trapezium due to the small size and the complex anatomy of the wrist and the hand. Seventy percent of all carpal fractures are scaphoid's fractures. Only 0.4% of all carpal injuries are trapezial fractures. In this paper, we presented a case of a high speed trauma where there were only trapezial fractures.
