50] anos). Das 44 (81,4%) fístulas transesfinctéricas, 36 (81,8%) eram homens e oito (18,2%) mulheres. Das 10 (18,6%) fístulas interesfinctéricas, oito (80%) eram homens e dois (20%) eram mulheres. A concordância entre a US-3D e os achados cirúrgicos para o tipo de fístula, trajeto e a posição do orifício interno foi de 100%. Dos 54 pacientes, 35 (64,8%) apresentavam OE (orifício externo) com menos de 3 cm da margem anal, 7/35 (20%) foram classificados como fístula interesfinctérica anterior e 85,7% drenavam para mesma cripta; 17/35 (48,5%) eram fístula transesfinctérica posterior e 88,2% drenavam às 6 h; 10/35 (28,5%) foram classificadas como fístula transesfinctérica anterior (30% drenavam na mesma cripta). Um (3%) foi classificada como fístula interesfinctérica posterior e drenou às 6 h. Conclusão: Os achados ultrassonográficos têm excelente correlação com os cirúrgicos. A regra de Goodsall não teve boa correlação nas fístulas transesfinctéricas anteriores.
