Tele-surveillance is the method of patient monitoring, provided that medical practitioner and patient are separated by a large distance and it also involves inaccessibly monitoring the patients who are far away from the health care provider. This article talks about a few of the vital challenges and opportunities of communications research in the areas of Telemedicine and E-Health.
