We present an analysis of the photometric data of comet C/2011 L4 (PANSTARRS)observed at heliocentric distance of 4.4 - 4.2 AU. The comet C/2011 L4(PANSTARRS) shows one significant activity, despite of its quite largeheliocentric distance. The color indexes, dust mass-loss rates and radius ofthe comet are measured.
