In our study we present a case report of a 75-year-old patient with diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency in a dialysis program following aorto-coronary bypass and repeated percutaneous interventional venous bypasses. We demonstrate the finding of a partial subacute thrombosis of the stent in the venous bypass diagnosed using CT coronarography and its therapy with thromboaspiration and IVUS guided rePCI. The discussion analyses occurrence, clinical manifestation and therapy of stent thrombosis based on the registry data and a possibility of CT coronarography in the diagnosis of patency of the implanted stents
