eukemia cutis is a rare entity diagnosed in only 1–3% of Tnd B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).1,2 Aleukemic eukemia cutis (ALC) is an even rarer diagnosis, occurring ithout leukemic cells in the blood or marrow, often precedng systemic disease.2,3 The Philadelphia chromosome (Ph) s one of the most common chromosomal abnormalities in dult B-ALL patients and is associated with poor prognosis. lthough the use of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targetng the oncoprotein breakpoint cluster region-Abelson murine eukemia 1 (BCR-ABL1) has dramatically improved outcomes, llogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) is still ecommended for all eligible patients, with relapse after HSCT 4 emaining a major cause of treatment failure. Herein we eport a case of isolated skin relapse of Ph-positive pre-B cell LL after allogeneic HSCT.
