The quantum teleportation plays an important role in quantum informationprocess, in this sense, the quantum entanglement properties involving aninfinite chain structure is quite remarkable because real materials could bewell represented by an infinite chain. We study the teleportation of anentangled state through a couple of quantum channels, composed by Heisenbergdimers in an infinite Ising-Heisenberg diamond chain, the couple of chains areconsidered sufciently far away from each other to be ignored the anyinteraction between them . To teleporting a couple of qubits through thequantum channel, we need to find the average density operator for Heisenbergspin dimers, which will be used as quantum channels. Assuming the input stateas a pure state, we can apply the concept of fidelity as a useful measurementof teleportation performance of a quantum channel. Using the standardteleportation protocol, we have derived an analytical expression for the outputconcurrence, fidelity, and average fidelity. We study in detail the effects ofcoupling parameters, external magnetic field and temperature dependence ofquantum teleportation. Finally, we explore the relations between entanglementof the quantum channel, the output entanglement and the average fidelity of thesystem. Through a kind of phase diagram as a function of Ising-Heisenbergdiamond chain model parameters, we illustrate where the quantum teleportationwill succeed and a region where the quantum teleportation could fail.
