A high spatial resolution tracking system was setup with the Micro-meshgaseous structure (Micromegas) detectors in order to study the muon tomographicimaging technique for nuclear threat detection. 6 layers of 90 mm $\times$ 90mm one-dimensional readout Micromegas were used to construct a tracking systemand the imaging test using some metallic bars was performed with cosmic raymuons. A two-dimensional imaging of the test object was presented with a newlyproposed ratio algorithm.
