In our paper [1] we found two typographical errors that can negatively influence the correct implementation of the algorithms by potential users. Therefore, we consider important to present this erratum. The first typographical error in [1] appears in the main part of Algorithm 5 CGQL (surrounded by the frame) on page 185. To be consistent with the definition of gk on page 182, the symbol gk that appears only once in the main part of Algorithm 5 CGQL, should by replaced by gk−1. Hence, gk−1 = ‖r0‖ c 2 k
