We consider the Stokes eigenvalue problem in a bounded domain of ,  = 2,3 with Dirichlet boundary conditions. The aim of this paper is to advance the development of high-order terms in the asymptotic expansions of the perturbations in the eigenvalues for the Stokes system caused by small perturbations of the boundary or due to interface changes of an inclusion. Our derivation is rigorous and proved by layer potential techniques.
