In this short note, we construct quasi-idempotent Rota-Baxter operators byquasi-idempotent elements and show that every finite dimensional Hopf algebraadmits nontrivial Rota-Baxter algebra structures and tridendriform algebrastructures. Several concrete examples are provided, including finite quantumgroups and Iwahori-Hecke algebras.
