It is shown for a spherically symmetric black hole of general type that it isimpossible to observe the infinite future of the Universe external to the holeduring the finite proper time interval of the free fall. Quantitativeevaluations of the effect of time dilatation for circular orbits around theKerr black hole are obtained and it is shown that the effect is essential forultrarelativistic energies of the rotating particle.
