We investigate thermodynamics and Phase transition of theReissner-Nordstr\"om black hole surrounded by quintessence. Usingthermodynamical laws of black holes, we derive the expressions of somethermodynamics quantities for the Reissner-Nordstr\"om black hole surrounded byquintessence. The variations of the temperature and heat capacity with theentropy were plotted for different values of the state parameter related to thequintessence, $\omega_{q}$, and the normalization constant related to thedensity of quintessence $c$. We show that when varying the entropy of the blackhole a phase transition is observed in the black hole. Moreover, whenincreasing the density of quintessence, the transition point is shifted tolower entropy and the temperature of the black hole decreases.
